Dual Enrollment Program at Aquinas College
Hi Homeschoolers,
I would like to take this opportunity to share some exciting news with you about the Dual Enrollment Program at Aquinas College.
Our program offers academically talented home-schooled juniors and seniors the opportunity to experience a college classroom and earn college credit. At Aquinas College, students learn in a small, Christ-centered environment and receive personal attention from our renowned faculty, whose deep commitment to undergraduate teaching ensures a stimulating and challenging intellectual experience. All courses are freshman and sophomore level and normally transfer credit-for-credit to most institutions of higher education.
Not only will you receive a 25% discount for courses taught on our campus, but if you complete the Tennessee Dual Enrollment Grant Application, you will also receive $100 per credit hour (up to $300 per semester) to help cover the cost of tuition. Students who successfully complete courses will receive a $1,000 scholarship should they decide to pursue a degree at Aquinas College after graduation.
Attached is an application for the Dual Enrollment Program, a handout discussing the Frequently Asked Questions concerning dual enrollment and a list of the courses available for the spring 2010 semester.
To be eligible for dual enrollment classes for spring 2010, you must meet each of the following requirements:
